Rush is the shit. No egos, no overdoses, no breakups. No behind the music episode where the band goes to shit cause some member crashed a motorcycle drunk or was in rehab for drugs. Why was there not a behind the music episode for Rush. Because Rush was about the music not the bullshit that comes with money and fame. They even gave Neil some space while he was dealing with tragedy in his life. Think about it, what other great rock band can say that. None of them.

Trivia on Neil appearing in the ATHF movie - the producers of the show had approached Rush's management more than once, and had always been rebuffed. When one of the band heard about it, they said "Of course, we'd love to do it!" That's how Neil came to be in the movie! Also, Kreiger's vans in the early seasons of Archer were EPIC.

Gotta say, I don’t remember the concert scene in I Love You Man being that long. Of course, I’m happy it is. And the way Rashida’s character is looking at Peter and Sydney, she doesn’t get it. That’s perfectly normal behavior for a Rush concert. RUSH FOREVER!

In How I Met Your Mother, Robin, as her grunge star alter ego Robin Daggers, wrote a song called P.S. I Love You, where she stalked a celebrity she was crushing on. Many Canadian celebrities were interviewed about the iconic moment, and they all said it wasn't written about them. Geddy Lee was interviewed in the show.

Alex absolutely loves TPB, he's always in their videos, and even had a band with Bubbles. In the Drunk and on Drugs Happy Funtime Hour, he was originally slated to play the professor, or doctor whatever he was, and actually filmed the pilot episode. There's a story that Geddy phoned Mike Smith and told him there was a private jet waiting for him at the Halifax airport because it was his birthday and wanted Mike there, and that he better be on it because it cost him $20 000. They're legends

In fact, one time his mother mentioned that Geddy and Alex always seemed to be having so much fun but Neil always looked so serious. Neil replied "but it's hard Mom". He may look calm, but he was always serious.
