Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the outcome of the war will determine the terms of European security for years to come. There is therefore an acute and strategic need to determine what should underpin the continent’s security and how NATO allies must mobilise to deliver upon that vision.
At the same time, the capabilities employed in Ukraine have indicated the extent of the changes in land warfare that are on the horizon. The fidelity of stand-off sensors and the evaporation of rear area security pose far-reaching challenges to established concepts of operation. How armies ensure that they are modernising to be prepared for the next fight, rather than the last, must drive priorities in investment and experimentation, for the next fight may not be in Europe and may impose very different quandaries.
Land Warfare Conference 2023, run in partnership between the Royal United Services Institute and the British Army’s Chief of the General Staff, aims to bring together the land forces community from across the UK’s partners and allies worldwide to address the conceptual challenges of the future.
This year’s conference focuses on the lessons from Ukraine, the future demands placed on alliance members through NATO, the requirements for a future force, and how the military can recruit the right talent and build an appropriate relationship with the defence industry to deliver it. The conference explores how armies must mobilise not just to win the fight today but to secure tomorrow.

Such a shame he is going early. A talented and dynamic officer that was not listened to. Developing land warfare concepts and doctrine to train future warfighters that will be called on to protect the rules-based international order matters. We need a sufficiency of soldiers and the UK seems to be ignoring this basic fact.

Telling truth to power and not he’s towing the line. Obviously not a yes man. A realist. My son still serving mentioned Royal Marines having to scrap the commando carriers navy hasn’t got the manpower to man them. Military constantly below recruiting requirements. What he’s saying there’s Russian threat it’s about fully mobilising a nation to fight. Serious threat to democracies. If NATO was attacked we’d struggle for lack combat ready soldiers. He’s saying the obvious to people in power.

The emergence of silk road and belt initiative: To resist chinese and russian economic empire it is a must for britain to make it's own economic corridor from north to south with it's partners. If the soils of notable states would dug then there will found a massive mine of silk fibres. Notable states are: great britain, belgium, jermany, austria, slovakia, croatia to greece, turkey, syria, iraq, iran, turkmenistan, uzbekistan, afghanistan, tajikistan and pakistan. To research these fibres British, american and pakistani scientists will find high powerful electrons which would help them to make hydro-electric and neuclear electric machines. These machines will be needed in the near future of these respective states. The united states also have these silk fibres into their mines. So it is the highest time that the united states, united kingdom and pakistan should make a economic block of silk road and belt initiative.

To make Turkey a progressive islamic state it is urgently require that the united states and the united kingdom must focus to bring the progressive muslims to the front. Progressive muslims of the turkey want to make turkey an ally of the west. They want to make turkish institutions in the light of ultramodern islam which refers the laws not only islamic but also more modern then present islamic laws. Moreover the shia republic of iran will become a great threat while it become full socialist. The actual meaning of islam: Islam means to surrender to almighty allah S.W.T. The main zist of islam is to protection muslim's heart from evilness means all the bad things. If anyone take his salat five times and do the bad things as well he could be a believer but can't be a muslim.
