Great example of perfect forms. The deadlift one was absolutely beautiful. Great job man gz
@nonyabusness62823 жыл бұрын
Hear me out. For that kinda weight he's pushing, his form is on par. But it's not absolutely beautiful. The bench - his wrists are mad bent. Longterm his wrists can't handle that. The deadlift - butt lifted first then the weight. You can see back rounding out. My man is putting immense pressure on his L spine. Don't get me wrong. It's extremely impressive and I can guarantee you he's gonna break another world record. You can see it was light for him. But his form is average. With lighter weights I'm sure his form is better.

kind of weird question. but why do those red playes whoch i think r 20 kg look so small. like the plates just dont look big compared to normal liken45lb plates. Can someone explain
@JohnmillerPowerlifting Жыл бұрын
the red plates are 25kg. they are thin so that weight can be loaded onto the bar in a safe way. having 4 or 5 plates on each side is common place at these events so safety needs to be considered. we have all seen gym videos of plates falling off bars during lifts. as to why they look smaller is simply down to the metal used to make them and how they are made.

there is never going to be a way of solving it. they are tested but they can be cheated or just not find anything. I don't have a big problem with PED's I would have loved to have seen what Bolt could have ran in the 100m if he didn't need to get any tests done. my only real problem with them is when you use them to cheat. Someone explain the tactic here to me, why not open up with much heavier weights, have your second attempt just below max and adjust your third accordingly? He seems to be opening up with rpe 6-7
@higherlifts4203 жыл бұрын
Because you usually don't get to warm up and you're at the meet all day to do 9 lifts. Whatever you start with you cannot go down in weight. Need to get numbers on the board then can go up. Start with something you know you can hit at least 3 times normally in the gym (rpe7) and then go up.
@magicwaffl3z3 жыл бұрын
Opening up at too heavy a weight could lead to bombing out of the meet. Safer to open up with something you can guaranteed hit just to get on the board.
