So Cedric, wakes up 5am, around 5.30am he begins running probably finishes at 6am After that, he showers, eats and gets ready by 6.45am, after that he drops his wife and makes ways to work which is 2 hours which is 8.45am. So, this leaves him to be 15 mins earlier before work commences for 9am... His time management isn't that bad is it?
