In fact, Brazil is currently hosting a multinational training exercise “Operation Formosa” - both the US and China are in attendance. I did note however that this exercise took place near Russia, away from other nations, as opposed to the US, Japan and Australia conducting theirs in the South China Sea.

Well lets look at this realistically, One US Carrier Battle Group is more powerful than the entire Russian fleet and 3 US carrier battle groups are more powerful than the Chinese and Russian fleets combined and the US has 11 Carrier Battle groups ...
