Content is outstanding, because of Prof. Beevor's lifetime of research in primary sources it's solid and literate.... Thank you.

Beevor has always proven (at least to me) a reliable historian; he's done his research. His lecture is very erudite!

19:25, What Beevor says in this section about Lenin and his ideology is really insightful!

My father enlisted in the White Russian army. He had fought with the Austrians Army in WW1. After he returned he enlisted to support the White Russians. He was a great raconteur and used to tell us how he spent his 21st birthday running away from the Bolsheviks- his 21st birthday was on 12/11/2020. This fits with the final defeat of the Whites and evacuation from Crimea. Also, I have a photo he took of the Hagia Sophia Istanbul. I wonder if he was evacuated to Istanbul? He used to say it was the most beautiful building in the world…

Joel Westphal is the deputy director of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation. One has to assume in such a position you have to be able to communicate your thoughts and ideas. Yet clearly, he is reading to let us know his name and title. Good grief.

This Westphal person DIRECTS the Gerald Ford museum? He actually said, "I've wrote on them before," in discussing the Cossacks. Does this guy even have a high school education?

After hearing what Beevor said about Lenin, its my opinion that he's one of the greatest evil personalities in modern history!

Mr Beevor is a fine historian but people tune in to these "interviews" to listen to the author discuss his work - not to hear him read his book. There are audiobooks for that. It would appear that this weird host cannot conduct an interview. What is the point of this?

Whatr a funny way the interviewer presents himself, kind of relaxed yet as if aggrieved and nonchelant. Don't feel the love.

I prefer a man with his mind to be speaking, not reading the text.

Did you know that Churchill, Lincoln etc. thought, researched, wrote, rewrote, then memorized before "speaking" .... to avoid "reading" but it is the same as what Beevor has given us... no fluff, no fill in, (and often B.S. and imprecision) that comes with extemporaneous... Beevor's presentation makes it worth listening to every word with his careful construction.

Is there something in the atmosphere that's causing the highting of tension around the planet. A planet wide upfilling of anger within people. This is causing pressure and problems in place's that have the potential to exsite and inflame hot head's with loud voices. A peace will have to be found by the masses getting out on the street's stop the Rot. Come on to the street's like never before, planet wide. ✌️☘️

Plural nouns do not have apostrophes. You will have to learn grammar and spelling if you wish to be taken seriously. Recommend you go back to grade school. Too bad you never got past third grade.
