According to an article published by a think tank based in New York City, the F-16 fighter jet has a steep learning curve, even for experienced pilots. Learning to fly the jet can be a daunting challenge. It usually to _NINE_ months to complete the basic training course for F-16 fighter jets. However, Moonfish and five other Ukrainian pilots were trained on F-16 for only six months. Assessment by the U.S. side that the crash was due to pilot "error" was an extremely irresponsible way to blame the pilot for the accident. How prepared do people think those Ukrainian pilots were when they were sent to the front lines after receiving training on only _two-third_ of the basic things?? The alleged pilot "error" was the result of the improper training the pilot received. Why doesn't the U.S. side think of that?? Furthermore, the F-16 is not a stealth plane, which makes the fighter jet vulnerable to detection by enemy radar. (Apparently, the U.S. doesn't think this potentially deadly weakness could be the cause.) Ukraine sent poorly trained people to the front lines and over-relied on Western military equipment.
