Russia says it is pulling back troops from Ukraine border - BBC News

Russia says it is pulling back some of its troops from near Ukraine after a build-up raised fears of an invasion.
There has been no independent confirmation of the withdrawal and international powers have reacted cautiously to the announcement.
More than 100,000 Russian troops have massed at Ukraine's border. Russia has always denied it is planning an attack.
The announcement comes as German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is in Moscow to talk with President Putin.

It is a reasonable expectation that blood supplies would be included. In the earlier major quick-response exercise that caused NATO to panic, it was the appearance of field hospitals that induced such fear. The US has no business getting involved in a conflict outside of NATO and once again, Biden lied about not sending troops, thus proving the US is just as capable of deception. It's not healthy. So it's best to say that the Ukraine should just keep it's eye on the border, even if peace is possible, it's never a 100% certainty

Ukraine needs to publicly say that it has no intention of joining NATO that is it and the problem goes away. Focus on eliminating corruption in the government so that it can afford to buy arms and make its military strong and not dependent on any country. 5 to 10 years from now, with a strong military capability, Russia might think twice about invading Ukraine.
