It's not a big deal unless they go help Venezuela invade Guyana and to cut oil production off the Guyana coast. That's when it gets touchy. Those ships are no serious threat to the United States. They are a threat to Guyana when coupled with Venezuelan forces. I expect them to call in Venezuelan ports. They would act as a trip wire, as they did in Haiphong, to secure the resupply of arms to the Venezuelan military. This could be a drill for something further out in the future, like keeping the US busier in the Western Hemisphere.

The Russian fleet comprised a single surface warship a frigate, which is the smallest ocean crossing warship, an ocean crossing tugboat for a towing back to Russia, an oilier to refuel the surface ships and a single nuclear sub. The nuclear sub is the only one that will give detail data on its underwater noise profile for future reference.

Interesting 🤔 but Russia has been flying by Alaska for decades and we remove them from our airspace each time which is a no fly zone for them but honestly Russia not crazy and if so they will meet serious resistance. The U.S Navy is monitoring it..it’s their job and that’s why they deployed 3 destoyers to the area off the coast of FL just in case to be on the safe side.
