Yes but actually mostly no, Russia always had russian only social media, other ones we use aswell isn't banned at all btw they can access every website there. Doubt tho currently they have the access to Ukraine media, would have to ask my aunts/cousins about this since most of my family still lives in Russia.

@@UnkownWonders Actually we do have access to most, but not all of them. Instagram is currently only available via VPN services and technically forbidden. As for tiktok, I’m not sure how it works, but unless you remove your SIM card and use a public network (with VPN on I believe), you can only acces stuff posted in Russia. Plus you cannot post anything new there anymore. Tbh I don’t use Tiktok. I mostly get them from Telegram, KZbin shorts and Insta reels… Edit: I forgot that twitter (X) is also available only with VPN
