MOMENT Russian troops run for their lives as advancing Ukrainian tanks storm battlefield.
Footage shows Russian forces fleeing the frontline after being overwhelmed by Ukraine’s 3rd Assault Brigade.
This had been alleged first by close Kremlin henchman Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of Wagner private army, as he blasted the performance of the Russian armed forces and especially their commanders.
The footage, from Ukraine, confirms the Russian retreat which came - embarrassingly - as Putin in a Red Square military parade speech on Tuesday told his troops: "Your combat activities now are of paramount importance.

@@hjalmar4565 Certainly a possibility, but the footage is too grainy for me to make that call, I guess one can maybe see slanted plates on the rear sides, but that is not a certainty for me and since there are more M113s than YPRs in Ukraine I went with the statistically more likely option. *Edit* on a closer look I may have to concur, the rear section does resemble a YPR more than a Marder, but it is still difficult to tell with that video quality.
