dude tokyo's complete chillness and understanding is such a nice thing to witness, allot of people who play rust (content creators) always have a amount of stress you can sense when they play, with tokyo its just pure business, sure its unemotional but its exactly what a high octane heartpumping game like rust needs not some guy screaming. i appreciate Tokyo truly a diamond in the ruff

yea, I've said it before, but he's one of the creators that inspired me to start making content because he's proof you don't need super high energy yelling-at-the-mic content for people to want to watch
@texas_2x5034 ай бұрын
@@sigbogBelieve it or not some people only want to watch the gameplay and have no interest in seeing somebody's cam or voice. Not that content like yours is bad. I'm pretty sure AIT is an OG gamer. Back in the day that was a pretty big subject when twitch & yt were just starting out. People just focused on gameplay. He's really part of a dying breed. It's so rare finding someone who solely wants their audience to focus on gameplay.

The one thing I've taken away from his raid defense episodes is that base mobility is key. A 2x2 footprint with one entrance / exit is useless in a raid He can move from one side of his base / compound to another even with a massive breach and has loads of peeks & angles to defend

The fact AIT has over 450K subscribers, yet never says a word, is a testament to how good he is. He let's his gameplay, editing and awesome soundtrack do the talking. The combination of the mute persona, him being respectful to the clans who try to raid him and not being afraid to show his occasional losses give him an air of humbleness which is very easy to respect. He is indeed the best solo Rust player in my opinion.

Sigbog. I am on a high pop server and have problem finding a place to build a main base as everywhere I go there is always big clan base already established. Yet hard to find flat terrain is hard enough. This wipe I cannot find any place to build that not surrounded by zergs. What would you do in this situation? What would you build still a main base? I tried building anyways but I got raided and stuck primlocked…. This is the hardest wipes I can’t progress much at all
@Thek94life10 ай бұрын
"Use all your loot" Honesty the only difference between getting killed while farming with a chainsaw and losing it, and not using it at all because you're scared of losing it. Is that you will probably get at least 2 or 3 good farm runs with it before you get killed and lose it

I always said that tokyos strength isn't his aim, but his gamesense. People like tacularr are just insane aimers, but I would consider tokyo to still be better solely because he knows when and how to take a fight. His mental on top of that is also next level. Where most people give up, Tokyo goes on to make the best of every situation.

its a super harsh learning curve, but it's also very rewarding. Spend a little time on aim servers and it'll go a LONG way. Seriously go shoot bots or other players for like 10 minutes and it'll be a wipes worth of experience. Early on the hardest part is getting experience with guns to learn them because it's so hard for you to get them and use them consistently.
