Thank you Viola. Apple season is here, so I have a few more videos to make by mid-September. Apple sauce and maybe a cobbler / crisp. I watch all your videos and try to not make the same things you are doing. I think it would be great if we could do a collaboration video since we tend to value the same things. Okay, so I just took mine out of the oven about 20 minutes ago, hubby loves it. I used a little bit of Keylime juice because I had no lemon juice and my apple display wan't as pretty as yours but all in all, we like it, thanks! PS, is this a French recipe?

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Galette is a French recipe by its construction. Otherwise, it is pie or a tart depending on how you look at it. Sorry that I haven't made any videos recently - very busy at work in September. I plan some some good videos for October. See you then!
