Hey Ivo! I first saw your recipe for walleye a few years ago. But now, I've watched most of your shows on KZbin. I'm so encouraged, as I love spending my time in the kitchen Today I shared you gluten free bread recipe with a friend. Then, I went out and bought a "LE CREUSET" dutch oven 5.5 qt round. Waiting for Amazon to bring me some flour, and bake some bread. Later this week, some pizza, also.

There is another one without buckwheat that is amazing!!! It's more of a white bread. So so good!

Hi! Thank you for your recipes they are great! Just wondering, your original GF bread recipe didn’t have buckwheat flour. What difference has the addition made? Thank you

Glad you are enjoying the recipes and the difference is that this bead tastes more rustic...trying to get close to tasting like a whole wheat and rye bread, but being gluten free. The original one is an amazing, classic crusty white bread 👍😊

I just made the other gluten free artisan bread for the 2nd time. Its rising as i watch this. But this time i added sourdough starter. I will be trying this one too! I have 2 questions: -What are your thoughts on psyllium husk in gf bread. Maybe its not needed if you have wheat starch? -my 1st loaf came out with the crust too hard. How can i prevent that? Also, i like to put the risen dough on parchment paper and use the paper to lower my dough in the dutchoven.

The psyllium husk is not needed - as for the hardness, ensure you are using the correct amount of water and ensure the lid is on properly - if those are done and the bread crust is still too hard for you, then instead of removing the lid at the end for the last minutes, just leave the lid on 🙂 hope this helps👍👍

Mix with the dry ingredients? Just got my buckwheat and fioreglut flours today. I’m excited about trying this. I miss good rustic bread.

I see it is an enameled cast iron dutch oven, right? For your recipe, what is the quart size of the elongated dutch oven that you bake the bread in?

Yes, that's right and the size is 4.7 liter which is about 5 quarts
