This video stands out from the rest of the Filipino realtor channels that I have been watching. I'm subscribed to quite a few of them. The quality of this video is top notch, compared to other channels, with the incredible B-roll footage and editing. Ms. Anika Sy also has extremely vast knowledge of the houses she presents and has fantastic stage presence. The one thing I'd like to point out is to focus on the audio quality of the videos. I believe that it might help if Ms. Anika has a microphone attached to her or some sort of boom arm. She seems fairly quiet compared to the music and the audio only comes out on one side of my headphones. Please continue making these incredible videos. Well done to everyone involved. I'd hope to continue watching all of the videos that you post.

That 2 beautiful large aluminum framed picture windows in the formal living room means nada.. for its directly situated in front of the parking area. It is hard to believe this house is 2 hours from Manila for it looks like my brothers house in Northern Maine, minus the pretty real estate agent. I live in FL but enjoy vacationing in Cebu for it is close to the great beaches of Bohol. However after watching this video, my next visit and will by BGC with an outing to Tagaytay. And yes there are a lot of forest, lakes, and lobster rolls but also snow during the winter. We will come and see The Woodlands when we come to visit BGC. Very high quality video, might want to work on the audio though. Sound balancing is off and can only hear out of one side of my headset, and some sound cracking. Kind of takes away from the rest of the video because everything else is done really well.
