This was a great video. I love rusty things.you have way more than me though lol. I have come to use rusted paper clips in daily life, not just journaling. They don't slip around. Also, I coat my rusty stuff with a sealer. Any clear matt or flat spray sealer. I use a tray size and shape cardboard box and treat a few at a tine. They dry so fast. Move them around by shaking the box so they don't stick. Flip them over and do the same. They're dry in minutes. Thank you for the video!

This is great fun--can't wait to try it out. I'm going to try to make use of all that "yummy" rusty foam: color papers, jazz up scraps, make background pages...🤔💡 Thanks for the video--🌼

Did you make any rusty paper? It would be really interesting to put rusting safety pins, etc. on the papers, too.

I rust items too. They are called metal prong fasteners. I used them a lot in my journals. I agree I want my metal embellishments to be cohesive if I am doing a vintage journal. Happy rusting Kathy

This is great! I was trying to do this with water and putting the stuff outside lol... I failed. I really love the safety pins without the coil, I never knew they existed!!"I'm so excited to get some so I can do beads! 👍👍

To get really great rusting water use straight vinegar to soak a steel wool in, overnight.
