It didn't really make any sense to me when it was all rusty and faded. But once it was all new and shiney, the colors actually look pretty good together.

The road grater is an important toy because up until the 1960s, roads in America hadn't been made using them. Lots of roads are still variably bumpy because they haven't been grated even. New roads are, as are interstate highways. Kids had dump trucks but the road grater took awhile. So until road construction had them, it was rare to see them.

You forgot to straighten the front panel of the cab where the steering rod comes through after bending it out of alignment to fit the rod. I do enjoy your vids, keep up the god work :)

Excellent job as always and of course the sandblasting was immensely satisfying. But odd that the tires are blue. Seems like maybe they could have originally been black and somehow the plastic oxidized that bluish color.
