The heavily injured Jerren who was about to pass out watched as finlay carried Malenia out of caelid, cursing them but was helpless given finlay was ranni extremely fast. However He had a plan to destroy malenias image. He paid his former enemy Seluvis. The plan was to have Seluvis, a master of lore inaccurate fanartd draw highly lore.. inaccurate fanart of malenia and finlay which would make Malenia seem like a massive piece of shit that is only good for reproduction. The roast battle involved bernhal, vagram, Gideon, Alexander alongside ansbach varre, lannseax. Finlay won it after 13 hours. Patches reveals the entire roast tournament is a scam and he won't be rewarding the winner. Patches pays midra to transform onto a frenzy powered armoured core Which he uses to destroy all of limgrave. This happened because Jerren paid patches 3478494 trillion runes. Patches had Wilhelm and Sekiro shows up to try out the device and witness the destruction. Sekiro was the shocked to death by a lighting which struck him. MichAl zaki shows up and beats patches to death. Patches is not surprised given the entire situation was caused by his timeline alterations. Patches lets Michael kills him. Michael undoes the events of this entire parody and patches awakes in murkwater cave in the present like nothing happened. many years ago, finlay took Malenia to the haligtree. Patches time travelled and showed up and claimed that malenia made lore.innacurate fanart of malenia and finlay. This angered finlay who decided to betray malenia. This time instead of killing Malena, malenia awoke as finlay stabbed jer she did not receive the large dosage Trina lilies who caused her to be unconscious for 24h in the erased events. Malenia killed finlay, Finlay's dying words saying that malenia will pay for that terrible faner and asked morgott to do something about it because she thought she paid morgott to protect her(she didn't she halluctanted it because she drank some of the godrick brand orange juice on the way to the haligtree). Malenia asked morgott to explain this and morgott asked hewg to do some spirit tuning on finlayz Turing finlay into a spirit summon. Honestly, the best Fire Knight repellant is the Smithscript Shield. It does just enough poise damage to stagger them with every single hit, and staggers just long enough to throw it again. Just throw until they die or take a knee, they can't stop you. It's hilarious, to the point where I've taken to calling it the Disc of Disrespect. If I don't fuckin feel like fighting you? You're getting the Disc. You're getting nothing _but_ the Disc, and you will take it until you can't take anymore.

Speaking of Needle Piercer... Don't take Leda with you into the Rellana fight if you're using any sort of status-effects, because Leda really, _really_ likes to use Needle Piercer. Frequently. And because of it removes _all_ status effects on hit, it'll remove the statuses _you_ set. Including effects that aren't build-statuses, such as the Magic-damage vulnerability effect of Renalla's and Ranni's Full Moons, ongoing damage from Black Flame and Detined Death, and Destined Death's max-health cut. This made summoning Leda actively _counterproductive_ in my first SOTE playthrough, because my Sorcerer character's preferred opener in boss-fights is Ranni's Full Moon, in order to increase his damage output, and I was using Black Knife Tiche.

It could even be that some attacks don't use stamina at all and bosses have a full moveset of those kind of moves.

Want to have some fun? Carian sovereignty does 120 stance dmg when you use the stone barbed cracked tear in your physick and land both fully charged hits. Slap it on a greatsword and you have yourself enough hyperarmor to land both hits on most enemies, even bosses. I was able to COMPLETELY staggerlock dts with it because he stares at you for 5 seconds before attacking, which is just enough time to fully charge the attack

Hey, Rusty! I just wanted to mention that, for little of a use case it has, Happiness Blindfold does have a purpose, mainly in the DLC itself. The skill can be used against the Basilisk Statues in the DLC's catacombs to prevent death blight build-up. And, since this lantern doesn't really need any stat investments like the unseen skills, this is a way for any build to get through that area with little trouble. Yeah... that's about *all* it's good for, so I wouldn't rank it anywhere higher. =p

Something funny that I've noticed is that Flame Skewer can actually outdamage Flame Spear. Due to the followup being pure fire damage on Flame Skewer, if you put it on a Flame Art FKGS with stuff like the Fire Scorpions Charm, Shard of Alexander and the Flame Shrouding Cracked Tear, it actually does more than a fully charged Flame Spear with the Godfrey Icon. (I may be wrong on this, but every time i tested it, that was the case)

Fan Shot is super useful for a bow character, it hits a really nice niche where it does more damage, isn't too slow, doesn't require being close/covers a wide area incase targets move and maybe most importantly, is an ash of war so you can buff it with talismans lol, no other standard bow ash does anything useful in a boss fight so it actually fills a very valueable role, doubly so since it comes on the straight up best bow in the game

Ok important detail about eternal sleep you didn't see On normal sleep the stagger is different than eternal sleep, because you can accidentally "wake" them up before the animation begins completely negating the effects of sleep, but that can't happen on eternal sleep, effectively Normal sleep you have to be more careful with and utilize a crit tool like a dagger, while eternal sleep you can br significantly more aggressive with because they won't be interrupted.... Also things that are fully susceptible to Eternal sleep, wont wake up meaning you could just kill it.... The exception is bosses, because they will have an uninteruptable sleep for little bit, then it will turn into the normal sleep they can wake up to

Nerd speak here, the speed of lightning is sorted in two speeds. The speed of the way down is a lot slower, but the rapid crackle going back up (the actual "light"ning) is about a third of lightspeed at its fastest intervals. Lightspeed is insane.

Also with Onze's Line of Stars, the second combo activation lets you move horizontally quite a bit so you can maneuver behind/around medium to large enemies. Especially helpful with the larger enemies as you can evade their frontal attacks (unless they swing around like a semi-truck to bash your face in)

The point of Fan Shot is burst damage. It does more damage more quickly than any other bow skill. I'd say it's the only bow skill that is genuinely powerful, even if it does consume 8 arrows, which is something you shouldn't be worrying about anyway since you're in the DLC and can farm enough Runes from the Mohgwyn Palace Albinaurics to max out every type of arrow you can buy from merchants in like 5 minutes.

I gotta say one thing i love about a lot of the somber weapons we got in the DLC is how many options we got covered for each build they didnt really have the easiest access to before, like Inquisitor spear as an easy bleed option for Faith builds, putrescence cleaver being the same for Frostbite on Arcane, sword and claws of night giving Magic damage options to pure Dex builds, Smithscript shield (and the weapons even though they aren't somber) for giving physical stat builds a ranged option that doesnt require ammunition. 1 thing i wish we couldve had if anything? At least 1 rot/rotten crystalian sorcery to go with the staff.

Rusty its been 2 weeks. Your poor reception towards blink haunts me still. Blinkbolt has a lot more going for it than you first thought, just has a higher skill floor than other ashes. Being able to teleport 2m forward near instantly & have I-frames, is one of the greatest things ever brought to souls. It might help you out to see how I approach different bosses/PVP “Blinkbolt tutorial” or “PVP Compilation 3” show how I use it. Its viable with any weapon, so feel free to use your favorite Hope ur well brother.
