Thanks for the video. For the past 23 years, I have lived in Colorado, but I grew up hunting in north MS and AL. I miss all those great days in the hardwoods and swamps watching squirrels, deer and turkeys and with my son, and when the right one came along, harvesting game to feed my family. Those were such relaxing and exciting times, and now in my 60's, I truly miss those hunts. Maybe one day I can return to the hardwoods and feel young again........Keep posting your adventures and memories for all to enjoy.

Ole catman will put a doe down in a heartbeat but he sure is patient when it comes to shooting a buck. I would’ve blasted the first basket rack that stepped out.

Several could have been had, if you weren't zooming farther than your muzzleloader could reach. There were certainly plenty of bucks around, even though some were only spikes. You definitely have found the major deer highway in that area.
