Sorry for your personal loss...and BTW, Rutger was an amazingly versatile actor-from the replicant, "Roy," in Blade Runner, to his romantic knightly role in Ladyhawke. On the surface, due to the fantasy theme, the latter was a film that I had my doubts as to whether it would meet with my satisfaction (must confess that it was the presence of Michelle Pfeiffer that lured me in). But, much to my surprise, I found Ladyhawke to be a vividly *delightful* romp-from beginning to end!

The closest we got to see was his fellow Dutchman Jereon Krabbe aka Georgi Koskov in The Living Daylights. Hauer and Krabbe appeared together in two of Paul Verhoeven’s films, Soldier of Orange and Spetters. Krabbe is probably best known from The Fugitive as Dr. Nichols.

@sannakarppinen41634 жыл бұрын
I do not think so. I mean she asked in my opinion very stupid questions. My questions would had been 1. How well you did come along with your co actors and actresses? 2. D you think that the script writers should had added flashbacks Captain Navarre and Isabeaus love story, how they met and fell in love? 3 Mr Hauer you have always played the roles of the antagonist and now you are the protagonist for the first time, so how did it felt to play the good and the hero of the story? And is there a difference between playing the good guy compared playing the Bad guy? 4 what was your favorite scene in this movie? Theese woulh had been my questions if I was interwieving him.

Bobbie Wygant is one of the worst interviewers I've ever seen. She never asks an open ended question and so locks her guest into some narrow conversations.
@wanderer18573 жыл бұрын
He is dead wrong about the score. If they had a good orchestral score for the whole film it would have launched the film higher. The synth really dates it and makes it feel like a cheap videogame. Also if they replaced Broderick.
@Dairygotmalk11 ай бұрын
I loved the synth as a kid. It was what sold it for me. All a matter of perspective I guess.
