Thank you for this episode. I get a lot of comments from Jewish people in Israel who are angry because I am currently teaching how Joseph was a type and picture of Jesus. There is a connection between Psalm 22 and Joseph's story. The brothers of Joseph came up with a lie after they sold him as a slave to the Gentiles. They made up a lie to Israel and said that a wild animal had devoured him. In that same way they came up with a lie in Psalm 22 and changed verse 17 from " bore through or pierced my hands and feet" to "Like a lion [at] my hands and my feet". But the beautiful thing about Joseph's story is that he ends up with a Gentile bride and in charge of everything. Then his Jewish brothers come back to him bowed down, and then he reveals who he is to them, and they realize that he is alive. Israel himself said he is alive.❤❤‼️🇮🇱

Wow that very makes sense. The Church being the Bride of Christ and in the end, the Jews will come to know the truth and worship Jesus, the son of God

@yikes1456 it's all foretold on the Tanakh (Old Testament). Even Moses was rejected the first time and then had a Gentile Bride. But God called him to return to save Israel.

The next day John was there again with two of his followers. When he saw Jesus walking by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!” The two followers heard John say this, so they followed Jesus. When Jesus turned and saw them following him, he asked, “What are you looking for?” They said, “Rabbi, where are you staying?” (“Rabbi” means “Teacher.”) He answered, “Come and see.” So the two men went with Jesus and saw where he was staying and stayed there with him that day. It was about four in the afternoon. One of the two men who followed Jesus after they heard John speak about him was Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother. The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and say to him, “We have found the Messiah.” (“Messiah” means “Christ.”) Then Andrew took Simon to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, “You are Simon son of John. You will be called Cephas.” (“Cephas” means “Peter.”) The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee. He found Philip and said to him, “Follow me.” Philip was from the town of Bethsaida, where Andrew and Peter lived. Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the man that Moses wrote about in the law, and the prophets also wrote about him. He is Jesus, the son of Joseph, from Nazareth.” But Nathanael said to Philip, “Can anything good come from Nazareth?” Philip answered, “Come and see.” As Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him, he said, “Here is truly an Israelite. There is nothing false in him.” Nathanael asked, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered, “I saw you when you were under the fig tree, before Philip told you about me.” Then Nathanael said to Jesus, “Teacher, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel.” Jesus said to Nathanael, “Do you believe simply because I told you I saw you under the fig tree? You will see greater things than that.” And Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, you will all see heaven open and ‘angels of God going up and coming down’ on the Son of Man.” John 1:35-51

True Catholics do not adore Mary but they have reverence for her as the mother of Jesus and value saints as models of the way to love God
@georgeo78511 ай бұрын
They worship mary and isn't she called the perpetual virgin. She had four other sons and also daughter or daughters. The Apostles never worshipped mary they didn't have mass where it said Christ is brought down from heaven. There was no pope. Peter was married and never went to rome at all. He went to mesapotamia Iraq and Libya Babylon. Peter was sent to preach to Jewish people and that's what he did. The Apostle Paul was sent to the gentiles and he went to rome 65AD long after the first church of real believers. These believers in rome were first Jewish convert's until Paul got there. They were never protestant like the lies that are told and these true believers are still going strong today. Follow the Original Scriptures that make up the KJV of 1611.

True. We don't worship Mary we just venerate her and pray for her intercession (only Catholics understand the need of Mother Mary's intercession).

Imagine how a religious Jew hears being told that the Messiah the religious Jews are waiting for is a false Messiah.

Ruth and her organization are incredibly scared of this question. In isaish 7:16, it describes the very same boy spoken of in isaiah 7:14. Isaiah 7:16 references two kingdoms whose land are abandoned. What are the names of the two kingdoms abandoned during the lifetime of jesus. After all if isaiah 7:14 is about jesus, then isaiah 7:16, which further describes the boy must also be about jesus, but how if there were no two kingdoms whose land were abandoned during the lifetime of jesus?

@D18.22 Some people pose questions to prove a point bc they are certain they know the answers. Some ask questions bc they want to increase their understanding. If ever you move from the first category to the second there are people you can have a respectful and authentic exchange with concerning the interesting points you raise, provided that you are at least 18 yrs old or have parental permission. This platform like most social media platforms is not conducive to meaningful discussion of complex issues such as the nature of prophecy. If and when you are willing to hear views that differ from your own go to one of our websites. You can choose the English one or Hebrew. If and when you actually want answers.
@D18.22 Жыл бұрын
@@ruthrosen1826 Seeing as you claim to have answers, provide only two words. The names of each of the abandoned kingdoms during the lifetime of jesus. Kingdom 1 - Kingdom 2 - You don't have an answer, which is why you wrote an entire paragraph in an effort to obfuscate from providing direct response! Your listeners would like only two names and not a paragraph of no substantive rebuttal.

😂 which rabbi told you that important matters can be meaningfully discussed in 2 words on social media? People will engage with you if and when you have interest in a real exchange. You are under a mis impression that I have to prove something to you. It doesn’t work like that. Learn what it means to ask a real question and start with God, not social media. Daily I ask God, what do you want me to know? What do you want me to feel? What do you want me to do? Instead of focusing on how right I am I think of how right God is and ask Him to help me love and serve him better. Try it, you might like it. And you’ll find that questions are for increasing understanding, not for proving your point. With God there is nothing to prove. There is everything to learn.
@D18.22 Жыл бұрын
@@ruthrosen1826 Like I expected, you don't have an answer because there never were two kingdoms abandoned during the lifetime of jesus! Now have the courage to admit that there weren't any abandoned kingdoms during the lifetime of jesus and you Can begin the repentance process.
@ruthrosen1826 Жыл бұрын
@D18.22 You are doing exactly what you accuse me of doing by sidestepping my posts and my points. Between the two of us, you are the one who seems to feel you have something to prove. And I get the distinct feeling you are under age and that someone told you that this “question” of yours is a magic bullet to disprove the claim that Jesus is the Messiah. You don’t need to disprove it. A day will come when you’ll need to answer what exactly the point of your zeal is. If as you indicate, true repentance is what you are after for yourself and others then I commend you and may Ha Shem bless and lead you into all you need to love and follow Him. I will pray for you and if you care about people as much as you care about being right perhaps you will pray for me as well.

I’ve thought that People who declare themselves as Jewish are just declaring that they do not believe that Jesus was the Messiah.

Anybody can become Jewish. We all know the process... but, it is an entirely different thing to be the Israel of God. -- Some Jews don't even believe in God, that's a fact!
