Thanks again for the info 👍. Just to share with you that I managed to unmold my mooncake jelly by sticking a tooth pick in at the side, right to the bottom and gently pry. Jelly drops out like a dream!

Ruyi, need your advice. The sweet scented osmanthus from Taimal herbs is very expensive compared to others, but if the quality is superior, then l will go for it. Please help.

@poonminchang6165 honestly I have not tried others cos I like the one from Taimal. If you want to buy from other shops check that the osmanthus flowers is very yellow and not brown then it should be just as good. Don’t buy those that already turn brown in color. The one from Taimal is golden yellow color so you get the nice gold hue for the jelly.
