Enjoyed this. I did this same job on my Montana, but used one that had a solar powered fan. Worked great! Enjoy your videos! Hope you do a long term review of your camper. I would love to know what you think, pro's, cons, would you do anything different...

The 360 Siphon is a good vent but you exposed the problem with the odor when you removed the old vent base. A lot of manufacturers don't seal around the vent pipe where it comes out of the roof. That little gap around the pipe will allow odor to be sucked in through the ceiling by an A/C or vent fan, or blown in by the outside winds. I doesn't take much to make a horrible odor in the RV. Sealing that gap most likely fix your problem rather than the new vent.
