Yes you could glue them physically but it would not yield the 90 mil you looking for. The TPO is twice as thick as the 45 in a 90 mil sheet. Also you would have a hellatious time trying to work with it. 60 is rigid enough. We went from 45 to 60 a few years ago. But it is more rigid and hard to get around the corners if roof wall area. Still too, 2 layers you wouldn't get your termination rails to sit right. There would be too much bulk under it. The 45 is a 15 year. Use it. You'll get far more than 15 years. These are tested under absolute extreme exposures and then the underrate the membrane just for their protection. But coaches are not usually in the sun all day every day like a commercial building.pishncomes to shove you could cut the edges back after 20 plus years and glue another 45 to the old one. Easy peasy! Thanks for watching. BTW...keep the roof washed at least twice a year. That prevents the white pigments from getting clogged. White is more effective than aluminum at reflecting UV light....but aluminum dirty or not will still reflect. White will diminish it's ability over time as it gets dirtier.

If you think about it...the RV industry is not only misleading folks but really the are exploiting the ignorance ( not knowing) of folks...that is the folks don't know anything about any roof system. That is despicable. We fix the campers every single day...but I do not own one.
