RV Water Heater install for Off Grid Living

Installing a 6 gallon Suburban water heater that uses propane or a 24VDC electrical heating element. We used a 40 gallon house style water heater in the past but the amount of propane to heat the 320 pounds of water was quite a bit and would use up a 7 gallon bottle in quick order. The RV style water heater only heats the 6 gallons your going to use right now. When hot water is not needed you can simply shut the switch off to save propane. Later I will add the electrical cabling to power the 24 volt heating element so we can have free hot water when the sun is out during the day.
