Hey Dap this last trip while leaving the gas station I found a 3/8 electric impact in the middle of the road. Luckily no cars was behind me. I stopped in the middle of the road and ran back and picked it up. Probably a $200 tool. And it works. HIGHWAY GEMS 😂

You all betta than me. 😮😮 We have zero tolerance for unleashed dogs on our site; especially those barking and chasing no matter the size. I keep telling the story (years ago) that my ex pow pow both our camp neighbors dogs when they charged my daughter. My ex, my ex new woman, my daughter, and I still camp together often. The park neighbor was really too comfortable and extremely slow in getting her dog under control - who should be on a leash. We use child locks to keep our cabinet and pantry doors doors from opening during travel. They are black and blend in nicely with the decor when not latched. We travel towards the West coast a lot and almost every park in the West is uneven. All that extra leveling wood will come in handy if you start to visit National Parks like Zion, Teton, and Yellowstone. California parks are all uneven. The earthquakes and after shocks make those parks really unlevel. Great video Skeet Ball is my daughter's favorite game 😊😊 Happy 13th Anniversary 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hi 👋 and thanks for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful comment. At first, I didn't know what to expect with the dog, but after the owner came over chasing after the dog, I felt a little better knowing who the owner was in case we had to defend ourselves. I agree that all dogs should be on a leash since there are so many things that could trigger the dog to attack or poop in some else campsite, which she knew she would have to do. That's a good idea to get a latch for the pantry door. Usually our cabinets stay shut during travels. I love going to national parks, and hopefully, one day, we can camp inside of a national park too, so definitely, that wood will come in handy then, too 😂. We're Floridians, so earthquakes sound a lot scary 😆. Thanks for wishing us a happy anniversary and for liking this video and subscribing! Safe travels, and hopefully, our paths will cross in these RV Streets.

I HATE auto level. We have had manual and auto level, and manual is faster and easier. We stayed at Roadrunner just a few sites down on the same row and it was completely level. I’m sorry yall got the wonky ones. It was a nice quiet stay for us when we were there. The laundry and bathrooms were ALWAYS clean. The office staff was also kind to us. For a short stay, the campground was comfortable.
@mommasonthemove91444 ай бұрын
Also, I’m from the OKC metro. Tornadoes and high winds are a big thing for us. The type of tough ground makes basements almost non existent here. Most newer homes have shelters in the floor of their garage. Older homes just have them out in the yard. Trailer parks and campground have group shelters but most say no pets. You want to be underground if one hits, even in a sticks and bricks home. Bunkers withstand the compression of an explosion, tornado shelters just keep you from being sucked up or hit by debris. One year a tornado hit a wild life park, so we had lions, tigers and bears on the loose while people were being swept away and drowing in their storm shelters due to the rain. Oklahoma is wild!
@MilesWithViews4 ай бұрын
@mommasonthemove9144 Wow, I thought hurricanes were bad, but tornados 🌪 are worse to me because you don't get the kind of days in advance warning. Thank you for sharing all that information. You and the RoadRunner Staff definitely have educated us. Stay safe out there, and happy and safe travels.
@MilesWithViews4 ай бұрын
Yeah, that auto leveling can be tricky. The RV park was nice and comfortable for what we needed it for. We usually don't spend a lot of time at the rv parks because we are out sightseeing. Wished we knew you back then...would have loved to have met you. Thanks for leaving us a comment. Enjoy your journey and safe travels out there.

@MilesWithViews If you come back through OKC, I'd love to show you around. I am currently finishing a new degree, but I plan to be back on the road again full-time in Dec. We spent 2 winters in Florida, but I bailed before hurricane season. The funny part is, we have experienced 2 tornadoes there. Why must they follow me? 😆 🤣 😂
