What a beautiful place, and what an incredible history lesson as well. And darn nice mitts as well. Continued safe travels.

We stumbled onto your series while researching our own trip to Newfoundland, and your videos are wonderful! You have such a nice mix of cinematic video, informative narration, and fitting music. This episode was probably our favorite of this series so far since we love puffins! We're eager to see your next episode! 👍

I am very happy to have found your channel and I’ve been watching these Newfoundland travels with great interest. My wife and I have long wanted to visit Newfoundland and your videos have inspired us to make that trip happen this spring/summer. Thanks so much for the tips and information. Like you, we are from Ontario and have camped for many years. Thanks again and I’m looking forward to the next video.

Hi Terry & Cindy. My wife & I (Mike & Sharon) have enjoyed your Labrador & Newfoundland series very much. We are planning our own trip this year. One of my wife's Bucket List items is to see Icebergs, so good to see you were able to find some. Looking forward to the additional episodes. Keep up the good work :)

Another great video!!! Well done!!! How did you find out about all the municipal camgrounds in Newfoundland?

Thanks Kyle. The RV Parky app is our main source of cg info along with the Campendium and iOverlander apps. Hope this helps.

Really enjoying this series of videos. Thank you. Couldn't figure out where Episode 10 to 14 are but, reading here, I surmise that perhaps they aren't issued yet?

Thanks very much Helen. Yes, ep 9 came out 2 weeks ago and the rest are on the way. We’re on the road right now so it will be a week or 2 for the next. Thanks for watching!

I love your very informative videos and am using this series to create an itinerary for our 5 week trip this August/Sept to the Rock. Did you reserve the campgrounds or did you just show up? Thanks
@TrueNorthCamping22 күн бұрын
Thanks so much Mark, we appreciate it and are genuinely glad to hear you find the series helpful! As for campground reservations we did make them long in advance for Gros Morne, Pippy Park in St Johns and in Gander ( because we had booked tickets to Come From Away)… the rest tho we just called a day or two in advance. Have an awesome adventure on the Rock!

The demise of the Newfoundland fishery was a gift from Canada. They ignored all Newfoundlander's warnings.
@TrueNorthCamping20 күн бұрын
Too true. Interestingly, we heard from a few Newfoundlanders while we were there similar concerns about the current capelin fishery. Obviously we are not informed enough to even offer an opinion but it was interesting nonetheless.
