Pretty much lol. Insane dmg, but move them to the wrong spot and they melt almost instantly. Reapers are also a cannon, but more like an armored tank cannon ^^

I was unsure wether to get them over the firelance, defenitly getting winged hussar now lol. Can you tell me buddy .. what level are in the video, 20+?

In the video they're probably around lvl 18-21. At 22 they become elite and ignore effects of brace (I have another montage video with them elite). As for FLs, many ppl I know prefer FLs over hussars, but both are very good. Hussars have great charge, but die easily. FLs are more tanky and better in a brawl. You Just 'X" them and atk on top of enemy heroes and they kill them super fast. It's a matter of personal preference :)

@@rvv064 Also Raphi, since you are an expert on cav, what do you think about the Yeoman, is it worth using them / leveling them up while grinding towards hussars ?

@@gustl5575 Tbh I unlocked but didn't build yeoman lol! From everything I heard and see in matches dagger-axe is the superior heroic cav over yeoman. I do intend to build yeoman sometime since I spent 140k honor on their upgrades lol. But I wanna finish leveling hussars first, leveling 2 units with the current unit xp values would be painful ^^

How do you compare it with monastic knights? Is the tankiness worth?

Nowadays I'd say monastic is faring a little better than hussars, although all cavalry are having a harder time due to nerfs in S3. But there's still some bugs with cav that need to be fixed, maybe after that things will be more smooth. Monastic is more tanky but hussar can charge through pikes. The problem is that they can't charge through the new pikes (fortebraccio) or imperial pike in advance. And ranged units hurt them a lot at the moment. But hussars are still decent if used more carefully.

Raphael it is weird if hussar can charge through pikes while they’re not tanky as monastic, because i already run spear sergeants line, maybe reaching monastic would be easier

@@ericwongestu9995 monastic can also melee very well, so it wouldnt be a bad investment to get them! However just keep in mind in s3 all cavalry got nerfed quite a bit, and there's still some bugs with them that need to be fixed. So they're not as Strong as before

Just FYI this video is old, before the nerf that all T5 units got (including hussars). As for your question, in this current meta where imp pike is king hussar gets a little edge, but overall both of them are very good units. Hussar is more squishy but can charge through braced pikes. Monas can't charge through brace but are much more tanky. Both are great.

Ming got bodied pretty hard by Vindication in a 3v1 after our allies left the game for AAU and other lands, but the house is still around and I believe it'll resurface on the map again, we'll see :)
