Rwandan Students Create a Smart Cane for the Visually Impaired

Students in Rwanda are addressing real-world challenges through Right To Play’s Plug In Play program, supported by The LEGO Foundation. Using play-based learning and technology, a group of young innovators designed a smart cane to assist people with visual impairments. Through making, tinkering, and problem-solving, they’re building STEM and life skills that will support them far into the future.
