Speechless... Amazing build... And also shout out to Jimmy and RJ for doing amazing with the online shop. Emailed me letting me know nissonda shirts were back in stock along with other things, ordered mine last night and this morning it shipped. These guys deserve way more credit then they're receiving. Looking forward to the Jimmy oakes car build series on Netflix. 😎

@@jamesearlcash7725 yh I really do mate. Mine are all football obsessed, immature pot heads and none of them understand my passion for cars. The UK car scene is quite old aged with not a lot of young people being interested in or being able to afford cars so it's difficult to build friendships up within it, but I'm trying. I live in London so barely any young people here even have drivers licenses.

Silicone spray the rubber the window rides in. Run it up and down a few times it will most likely work like new. You can regrease the rails inside the door as well, but it's almost always the rubber grabbing the window that makes them roll down and up slow.

Call me crazy but wiring has always been my favorite part of building cars. Sure there's a lot of headaches to deal with along the way but the whole process has always been very zen like to me and it's almost as rewarding turning everything on for the first time and testing it all as firing an engine the first time.

@TactfullyBlunt4 жыл бұрын
He would just have to run the wires to the door switches so it's a little more work but wouldn't be a big deal at all. My guess is eventually this will have a full cage and probably lose the stock door panels so he planned ahead and did the switches in the center.
@Matt_Lanzer_134 жыл бұрын
David Lindsey would be pointless to fully cage it.... car isn’t legal for any pro am and up competition because it lacks factory Honda subframes so paying 2k+ to put a full cage in would be a waste of money when he’s got the s13 which is already a higher end comp style car....

@fataxe14 жыл бұрын
Jimmy, that's not how you want to wire switched ignition relays. You ground level switch the relay and use your relay to give ignition voltage to the switch positive. The supply for the relays is supposed to be fused from a battery source and has no relay in-between. The reason you do this is so you only pull a few milliamps per relay instead of the entire switched load through that main relay. This keeps you from overloading that main relay by accident and losing power randomly or burning up that honking relay with no replacement.
