so reinstalled the stock viscous coupler to make the center diff open again, center locked diff in awd mode is not something I recommend, it turns very badly when driving slow or trying to park....

I did drift with it, very unbalanced and nose heavy, which is why my other car I'm making is going to have the 4g63 north-south mounted to a supra transmission just for drift

So Ive been driving my 2g DSM without Transfer case for about 1+ year, some friends told me i needed a new VC cause its most likely ruined by driving fwd for so long, Is this true, and if so where can i get one cause i dont see none on EBAY?

Hey, I recently did the stubby shafts up front into my evo 8. can I get some info info on that piece you guys added to replace the stock viscous coupler? why is it needed? how does it benefit the car? where can one purchase this part? thank you!!!

on an evo 4-9 there is not viscous coupler, you need to weld the center diff in the transmission which will lock the power going to the front and rear wheels 50/50, you can't just remove front axles and call it a day, you risk blowing your transmission, you definitely need to weld the center diff if you want to go rwd

just spoke to Raif at RRT motorsports. said the VC is located in the T case with evo 8/9. There really is not a practical option for RWD. Im sending out my T case for a rebuild. Cheers
