RX7 FD3S vs Skyline GTR R32 (No Eurobeat and Internal Monologue) - Initial D Battle Stage

Keisuke manages to keep up with the fast R32. He notes that Nakazato's steering has got aggressive, which would have been fatal if they were battling downhill. Nakazato is surprised at Keisuke being able to keep up with him and increases his pace. At that time, it starts to rain. Keisuke states that the rain is frightening as one wrong move can cause a crash. Even so as the final corner approached, Keisuke gets side-by-side by Nakazato and takes the outside at a dangerously high speed. Keisuke manages to not crash at the corner by 'hooking' his wheel to the outer drain of the corner and ends up being just a couple inches ahead of Nakazato. The GT-R's speed is not enough to cover up the distance as the FD crosses the finish line just ahead of Nakazato.

Keisuke won cuz his tires were in better condition. So even if nakazato used the curb he still brakes the same distance. And keisuke going on the curb isn’t intentional. That extra speed from the extra inches of wider line is cancelled out by not being able to go full throttle on the curb. It’s not keisuke that’s cornering especially fast, it’s nakazato being unable to go faster.

Awd cars can drift as well, it all depends on the ability not the drivetrain Drift: start going sideways before entering the corner and go through it drifting. Powerslide: enter corner normal and use the power of the wheels to start sliding.
