you've referenced everything else, so i have to ask... have you never seen the show that started the vampire craze, _buffy the vampire slayer_ ? cuz at its best, it makes all the later shows look like trash. and while it rarely focused entirely on romance, and was heteronormative when it did, there are eventually some lesbian pairings, some of the earliest on tv.
