i'm on a ryan gosling interview binge, it's so funny how he won't answer a single question seriously. and this has been going on since the beginning. you just never know what he will come up with to answer

Did you find it odd that no interviewer mentioned that this is actually his second time playing a stunt man? And I'm pretty confident I've seen all the interviews?
@elizabethsedai8547 ай бұрын
@joshoshea3194 Hahaha!! I'm so so sorry... I really hope you're joking because I literally laughed out loud at that!🤣 I was just able to watch Half Nelson the other day! They have it on Prime right now if you have that! Unfortunately, Ryan did a LOT of not- so- good movies early on in his career:/ In my opinion, First Man is one of his first really good movies, lol. I'm not saying that his other movies aren't worth watching if you're a fan. Just prepare to be either disappointed or extremely bored(looking at you Song to Song!). Half Nelson is better than most of the others, though!

The thing about Ryan Gosling is his interviews are a movie in themselves. A thriller. He keeps you on your toes because you have no idea what he's gonna say next. He's so spontaneous and true and playful.

The different hand positions in La La Land adds to the story even more tbh. Feel like it kinda shows how they both were inevitably heading in different directions even from the very start, just how their hands are pointing in different directions even during this perfectly correlated dance. 🤯🤯 Ryan had it all thought out

Ryan’s so charming yet really doesn’t like to give too much away 😅. That “not getting into character” is pure facetiousness. He was profoundly methody especially before becoming a family man & he absolutely destroyed himself making ‘Blue Valentine’. He used to fall in love with co-stars partly because his approach was so immersive.

if you watch Mark Ronson describe how he wrote I'm Just Ken, he describes how he was mesmerized watching record that song. It's actually great because Ronson does not realized what method acting is, but his description of the whole scenario is what people watching a method actor up close would feel.

I thought so too. Then I thought that we are all human, and even Ryan Gosling might have insecurities, about his appearance 😮, which sounds unbelievable but still... So, a big hug to him and the best of luck
@kemurikat97287 ай бұрын
What I find endlessly fascinating about RG and why he seems to glow even brighter with every appearance…is that I think he makes a Conscious Choice to be Kind and Considerate. (Which is extremely rare nowadays!) He loves his job, he likes to entertain, but best of all, he enjoys making people laugh. He’s the kind of person who chooses to spread Joy instead of pettiness and hate. 😊💯🌟 Yes, I’ve seen interviews where he’s obviously tired but he’d rather manifest goofiness instead of irritation. He’s also very patient, intelligent, shrewdly observant and quite mature, especially in the face of rudeness or hostility; choosing to de-escalate or to positively deflect in that situation. As for his reluctance to take a compliment, he’d rather graciously reflect that back to the person giving it and go on his merry way. 😂
