This isn't a question about equality. The fact is watching sports on TV and going to games is very male dominated. And most men don't care about female sports. That's just a simple fact. So if your mad men aren't going to either sit down and spend there time and money to watch a women's sport that's something you can't make people do. Your also expecting men to choose a women's sport to watch over a men's sport. And if I have the time in my life to sit down and take my free time watching a game it's definitely doing to be a game I have some interest in, not a female sport.

The equality should be on the percentage. Therefore the women should get 7% of the 131 million which equates to 9millions. So currently the women are getting more percentage pay than the men. The women are overpaid compared to the men.

They use the argument “well the reason why people don’t watch the women is because they’re not advertised or promoted enough.” Well it’s because they don’t deserve to be promoted and advertised as much because they’re not as good. E.g - Take one of the best actors you know [Dwyane Johnson] and take a random unknown actor who is not as skilled. Does the unknown actor deserve to be promoted and advertised as much as Dwayne Johnson? Answer is simply NO. When adults/kids watch sports, they want to see the sport played at the highest level. 99.9% of the time men will display the most efficient way possible for a human being to play that sport. Therefore men deserve more money, promotion and advertisement. The argument they should fight for as mentioned in the video is getting the same percentage of revenue.

women's football is getting popular, i don't deny that but to get to be like where the men's football are right now takes at least another 100 years and by then men's football will grow to be even more popular. team sport like football, basketball, NFL and many more will always and always be dominated by male athletes because the majority of audiences if not all find the men's game to be more entertaining. the bottom line is that athletes are all ENTERTAINERS, their wage is dictated by the amount of entertainment they bring in. the reality is that female team sports will never be as entertaining as the men's game because they have yet to be as entertaining as the men's game.

Men watch men’s sport and some women sports also. The problem is women don not watch women’s sports and they only watch men’s sport when their significant other take them their. Men are into sport and women are not. More men watch the WNBA than women. I should also point out that in the US there are about 700,000 more women than men. WOMEN BY NATURE ARE NOT INTO SPORT. We men will purchase season tickets to go watch a fly fighting competition if that was a thing.

All the men who played these sports at the highest levels without making very much money and helped grow these sports to the popularity levels they are at now should not be disrespected by allowing the women to just jump into those very same high pay rates. The women must grow their sports the same way and if they can attract bigger and bigger crowds each year (which they are doing) then eventually they will climb the ranks of pay as well.
