Airbus order books are more then full. Airbus wont give discounts like Boeing does because it doesn't have to with full order books. If your demand out strips production your prices should go up not discounted.

I find it strange that O'leary seems unware of the following facts 1:- Ryanair flys between European destinations,, primarily in the EU and yet operates American built planes rather Euopean ones. And, he expects EU negotiators to be more inclined towards his demands? 2:- The Boeing 737 MAX series are flawed, ever since the engines have been moved upwards and forward. Not to mention shoddy work being produced. 3:- Operating an A 350 were there is heaby passenger demand is more profitable than having two 737 for the same route.

Totally disagree: A350 would not be able to fly to/from half of the European airports, it requires completely different pilots, cabin crew, servicing, parts...hundreds of 737 Max are currently flying perfectly with no flaws, despite several problems due to post covid disruption in Boeing's quality management...European negotiators have nothing to do with Airbus/Boeing competition - it is primarily ATC and cross borders constraints and politics aviation in Europe is struggling with

his whole fleet is boeing...buying from airbus? he would need a significant amount of planes in order to make this make any sense. because u probably know that a pilot licensed to a 737ng type is not allowed to fly an a320neo without additional training. but if u let ur boeing certified mechanic work on an airbus ur getting in trouble also tools and parts, boeing parts dont work on airbus i suppose a whole airbus infrastructure supporting a new type from a different manufacturer basically at each location u plan routes to but its gets easier for the second airbus type, promise :D
