Great rig! I just got my A7s3 this week and am excited by everything, except the USB power, which I'm confused by. The Help manual for the camera indicates that the USB power should be 9V 3A or 9V 2A. I checked your CAME-TV Battery and it says it supplies USB 5V 2.1A. Seems like not enough voltage, but it's working for you. Does it drain your in-camera battery while you're powering it? Thanks! I'd like to power my rig just like yours.

Can I have a question about the Freewell NDs? I see you are using 77mm diameter but Smallrig Matt box has 95mm does not it? How do you screw ND to the Mattbox?
@RyanKao2 жыл бұрын
The Smallrig matte box uses adapter rings that take a 77mm lens thread and give a 95mm clamp on diameter. However on the outer edge of the adapter is another 77mm thread you can use for filters!

Thanks for this helpful video Ryan! I wonder how you managed to screw the mini matte box onto your freewell filter system. I have got the same setup with 82mm freewell filters and cannot attached these when the matte box is attached. I have to put the matte box directly on the freewell filter base without the matte box adapter ring. Do you have a tip for me how you managed to screw this on so smooth? Keep it up!
@garethbull65432 жыл бұрын
I came across this same problem today… What I’ve done is used the 82mm ring which comes with the Tilta Mini Matte Box to create enough seperation to thread the Freewell system. It’s the only ring i can find which lets you attach it to 82mm threads either side. Not ideal, but it works!
