Awww I feel bad don’t worry bro u actually have made a ton of progress sometimes it’s easier to notice progress when u back and see what u used to be. I started doing heavy duty body weight workouts during quarantine and got really in shape and then I became really depressed because of all the isolation of quarantine and I stopped and I had no idea how shredded I was until I looked back at the pictures ima get back there tho U have inspired me and I hope I can inspire u although I think this is an old video I still hope u see this. Making a schedule and having a time to workout every day helped me a lot if u don’t have a schedule then it’s easier to back out and say U will do it later but then later comes and u get the point anyway keep at it bro I u have made a lot of progress
