Took a 40 days trip to the west side of the US, with my homie, in 2020. Since we were traveling in covid time, 90% of the places we wanted to visit were closed, so we rent a car and just drove places. We've been to NYC, NJ, Utah, Arizona, Georgia, Kentucky, Navada, Cali and Florida. All in nature. Best trip I've ever had.

NOT MANY NO ONE HAS EXPERIENCED WHAT I HAVE IN THIS LIFE. - - - and what Im support to put it on YOutube for free hoping to make some bucks off it lol. people are idiots and no one cares but what is right in front of them and what they experience in their own lives - especially now here in 2020-2021 covid19 era people are Dumber than ever. 2013: Me I was stuck living with my friends and family for years in shithole Kansas/Missouri. Ive been homeless 30 times total after moving out West Sept 2013 with nothing but two backpacks and 400 bucks train KC - LA and have been in countless bad situation after bad situation after another moving to SOCAL, NORCAL and then finally up to Seattle last 7-8 years, In 2018 I travelled across 26 States in 10 months time visiting friends/family, doin work away, couch surfing, making new friends, road trips and bumin it urban camping for a mere 1800 bucks or so for most of 2018 Ive been to 42 state and many many good times BUT I WAS POOR, I didn't have any fancy equipment or cameras with me what photos I did take are either crap or lost by now. . . . .and where has that gotten me, NO where. I trade and mine cryptocurrencies for 1.5 years at my house in Seattle, and Im up almost 200K which is pretty much paused right now due to China Cryptocurrency crackdown.

That's a top shelf list. I like the Sawtooths but I am always happy when the Sawtooths miss one of these lists because I don't want the Sawtooths to be overrun by tourists. I freaking love the Tetons (and Yellowstone). I don't think things get much better than Glacier National Park. Rocky Mountain is sick. Canyonlands/Arches/Zion/Bryce Canyon are amazing. I haven't been to Crater Lake or the Ozarks but they look really cool. Nice list, Turd.

Good work, Ryan. Have been to most on your list and I agree with all you’ve included here. For anyone considering a Pacific Northwest visit I strongly encourage a trip to Mount Rainier National Park. It is one of my favorite places on the planet because the hiking trails literally flank the snow covered volcano with stunning views everywhere you turn. You can see the entire Cascade volcanic range (St. Helens, Mt. Adams, Mt. Hood etc) on many of the day hikes from Paradise Inn. Finish the day with a nice dinner at the lodge and listen to a Park Ranger presentation by the fireplace in the lodge after dinner. Then, do it again in a different trail the next day. Amazing.

Been to 18 countries & 41 states.. every US state has beautiful and unique scenery -probably due to the size of the US. For example, the Flint Hills in Kansas are so underrated- reminds of Tuscany region w/o the vineyards- with perfect looking, rolling, cloud-like hills, vastness and a true tall-grass prairie. @@jaron9978 I've only been a few times, but I agree. Going thru the plains makes you feel small. Places like monument valley or the Grand Canyon don't make you feel quite as insignificant as the plains/hills in some areas of midwest. It also is a very unique ecosystem- the tall grass prairie.

@@RyanShirley A year late, but back in the States now since summer of 2021! I was in Switzerland for 6 years (Basel and Bern). I had the chance to visit over 100 cities, towns and villages in this most beautiful alpine country (in fact, I just returned from a Christmas holiday there about a day ago). Of course, I had the chance to visit most of the countries in Europe during my six-year stay as well. Thanks so much for the heart you put into your work and best wishes for continued success in the new year!

@Ryan Shirley Thank you! Very well done. Maybe you should do 50 videos on all the 50 states; 1hr each with a shorter version for those who just want the headlines first. You will get so much viewers since you do such a good job- better than some of the professional channels here. Loved you calling Alaska 'UNTAMED'- finally I found the reason why it pulls at my heart strings unlike any other place despite having seen so many incredibly pretty places around the world. You have a rare talent at capturing the true character of the destination even within such massive time constraints. I don't know what you do for a living but you will make a brilliant tavel documentary maker - the likes we see in National Geographic etc. Keep up the wonderful work and wish you all the very best! @RyanShirley It's difficult to pick one. Probably Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Grand Prismatic Spring, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton, Alaska, and Times Square ❤️
