To abide by KZbin's copyright policy, the footage needs to be 1/4 the size the original and mirrored for there to be no claim. Now you may ask? "Well, then why do other people have it full screen and have no problems?" When you find that answer out you can let us know. We CONSTANTLY get nailed with blocks and copyright claims when we don't take the precautions we should. There's even times we put watermarks over videos and we STILL get blocked. It's stupid and unfair but this is what we have to work with until it's fixed. Knowing KZbin though, they never will. This is how it gets to be. Not because we want to, but because we have to. After uploading over 800 times dealing with copyrights (almost every single day) we've learned what works and what doesn't for this channel and will continue to do what it takes to make sure we can get content to you all.

People using gym equipment wrong both crack me up and drive me crazy, I mean you could ask an employee, watch a how-to on youtube, or usually *the goddamn instructions are right on the machine*. However, once after some physical therapy I was using the hospital gym and doing lat pulls, and the assistant came over to "teach" me to do them *exactly* how the girl in that one video was doing them, complete with the side-to-side movements "to engage every part of the lat" (I guess I only have one). Stupidity does not discriminate. 😂
