I've already left my long comment about the quality of TFS DTC, so I'll just say... ya did good. Real good. the trials and tribulations of getting Excision to work was simultaneously incredibly funny and very frustrating lol so i'm glad it's been immortalized. and i gotta thank you again for working with me on those lines and finding something that hit the right note while working for my voice. i was a little worried i was gonna be put on blast for a second when you said my name! i've said it before, but i'll be around for whatever you make. variety, D2, etc etc. i'll be here to watch, laugh at the dumbassery, and feel the feels. if you ever need an amateur for a little bit of acting here and there, or whatever you might need a little bit of help for, you know who to call. i'm always eager to help. keep doing your thing, ry. i can't wait to see what your next project is.

I love the idea of going into “non-canonical” storyboarding. I’ve got a great storyboard I’m tinkering with about the life of The Drifter before we meet him, and the cult that was inspired by him that steals & repurposes ghosts into prosthetics.

Could you imagine a story like that. It would go unbelievably hard. I had a rig where I setup drifter's face to be animated for BOG. using an iphone. The mocap didn't work too well because of my beard being massive but what you see in BOG fire is pretty much the result I was able to achieve.

As long as people are making content for D2, feel like the day it dies would be the day the servers are pulled. Which doubt that will be any time soon, seeing how even D1 still has servers. The game has a type of gameplay that is basically one of the kind at this point in time, and there is a good chance there will never be anything else that feels exactly the same. My fear is less it being "dead" and more the time in which it is dying, where so much becomes broken we can't even enjoy the parts we do enjoy... On another note, look forwards to whatever you decide to do. Ever since watching you run through Duality with white gear only, any time I see a notification from your channel I get extremely hyped and make sure to put some time aside to make sure I am able to watch said video through in one sitting.

You can bet your ass that bungie is hauling ass to get everything together and start making sweeping changes with the player count. Love this game immensely, even if I am a very late joiner to it all. Was honestly probably a mix between what honestly was natural burnout (hit 1,500 hours in roughly two years) and getting a bit tired of the error codes. Honestly, all I need is for the error codes to be fixed and I feel like I could easily play this game for another couple of years with the current content alone. So much untapped potential for challenges, be it the extremely difficult or just funny.

@@RyleeReloaded Did you use the mocap suit initially to capture your animations or a single/ dual camera setup? I'm working with nickels and dimes here. aside from that the more stylized/unrealistic stuff can just be manually posed.

@kagninja I used kinects I found on sale for $50 each, but getting data was tough. I caved and bought the suit. I do recommend using ai, though. Rokoko has a thing that uses ai to provide you with a motion capture off of videos. I think it'll eventually replace mocap suits even in studios. The best one I've seen on the market is called move.ai but that was awhile ago. I recommend researching it if you're on a budget

@@RyleeReloaded I was looking into move,ai a while back but started looking into Rokoko Vision. I just happen to have the means to use the 2 camera setup. Before seeing this video I was contemplating getting the subscription for it. If I can take the hours spent making a 1 minute long animation take just a few minutes, I might as well. Thanks for letting me know. I look forward to see what else you create. Genuinely inspirational, I can't tell you how many times I rewound moments in the traveler's chosen(damaged) just to admire the vfx and action shots I loved the Black Ops 3 reference the most.

These high effort things are really cool. Id like to see a sprinkling of lower effort more casual videos if youd be willing to make them though. Maybe just stream vods/more streams, I love your humor and it would be nice to see you more active. Id like to get to hang out more in the discord as well. Doing some dumb shit in custom games or gms or raids with the community would be a blast.

i have personally fallen off of destiny at this point, but i will show up for every single rylee video without fail because this man is a blessing. and if you are looking for a good single player experience to sink your teeth into that you could also easily write a storyline for i cannot recommend stalker gamma enough. the exploits of a lone stalker making his way through the hellscape of the zone, the people he meets, monsters he fights and the legend he creates for himself are all right at your fingertips in that game
