I hope that people watching this video do not follow your directions for adjusting the front handle. The angle of the front handle is not adjusted by loosening the screw. There is a small button that when pressed, allows the angle of the handle to be adjusted.

There is a button under the front handle that is supposed to lock and unlock the front handle.

I only have the kobalt one now. It had a variable speed control amd lock on switch, and the handle doesn't break.

@@ProxyFinal You know I haven't timed every battery but I can tell you that if you push hard you can suck down a 4.0ah in about 10 min, I normally use the 6.0ah and it will last me all day. Its brushless so its fairly good on run time. thanks for watching

Buy the corded Bauer from Harbor freight for $99.00. Its a beast and makes that look like a midget. I use mine for smoothing out boards I biscuit together for my sign making routing business. It puts my old craftsman to shame. It would knock those boards smooth in no time. And the tracking for the belt is awesome, no slipping of the sand paper at all.

What is your opinion of it 2years later? I’ve seen people complain that the cord is junk and starts to fray quickly, and also that the belt tension is difficult. Thinking of buying one, but not if it’s junk.
