Ryobi electric pressure washer switch issue

...Dude you rock! I pulled a bone head and forgot to take a photo of the four wires attached to the back of on off switch and thought I'd never be able to correctly guess where they should be connected on the back but you sir saved my bone headedness!!! You went above and beyond...showing exactly where they should be connected! I'm having several mixed beverages in your honor as soon as I'm finished power washing my deck! Thanks

Nice video. I pulled the switch out and then took the wire off. That was much easier. Clean my switch with alchol and it start working.

Finally someone that knows what to do. I have same power washer switch broke on it and thought it was a trash,so all have to do is buy a new one so where do I get one? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for your video. Mine just blew uo while it was running with a loud bang. I could have gotten electrocuted, as I was standing in knee deep level of water, cleaning the pool sides. It could have also Flown in my eye and blinded me if I was standing over it.

Hi Lonnie. Don't know if you will see this but my ryobi 1600 1.2 gpm just stopped spraying. Green Light on gfi and green light on unit power switch. But when I turn it on, it revs real high but as you push the sprayer...nothing happens at the nozzle or little excess comes out. I'm on a Job and just did 50% of this small bungalow. So it was working okay up till now. And we have owned 2 or so before this and eventually they all do this. So where am I running into an issue? Does this sound like the same reason and purpose for your video? Have only used this maybe a couple times but probably have owned it now 2 years. If you got any thoughts, I'm all ears. Appreciate it all in advance and hope you and your family are safe and healthy. Thanks. Jp

My gfi plug had a green light but the button on the Ryobi 1700 was not green. I replaced the Gfi plug off amazon and works perfect now!

Taking the switch out of its housing seems beyond my strength ability. Very disappointing. But the video was excellent!

The switch is tight. I got my switch to come apart in two pieces with a Flathead screwdriver. Thanks
