Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use kzbin.infoUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

Ryobi is part of the (voluntary) pressure washer association so I expect their pressure rating to be fairly honest.

40v doesn't give more power. Power of the battery is basically voltage times amps to get the total power available inside the battery. Chances are the 40v will quite possibly be the same battery cells. Like a 4 amp 20v will be equivalent to a 2 amp 40v etc. Least that's what i gather from what reading I've done. This is why even a 20v brushless Ryobi string trimmer etc can cut so good.

Doesn’t seem powerful enough to be useful. For the price I would just get the ryobi electric pressure washer. 1900 psi model is $149 and the 2000 psi model is $199 at Home Depot.

I have used the 6ah I do not have a 9ah to try but I have been told that to get the 9ah you have to take the door off. Hope that helps.

I think you should be fine using them all to clean your car. It does not have enough power to take off any paint if that is want you where worried about.

Afaik the "turbo" nozzel is designed to be more effective at dealing with large flakey stubborn stuff. Like loose paint, mould that work break up etc. The 15° nozzle will just push those flakes onto the surface and you have to move around to lift them, but the spinning action ont he turbo nozzle will deal with them on one pass (in theory).

Purchased the Ryobi from Home Depot to replace a Husky 1550 that I had for about 15 years🌼 allabout.wiki/RY141900 I've only used the Ryobi once so far, but it works as advertised. There's a big difference in cleaning ability between the 1550psi and the 1600psi.

I got mine as the free tool when you buy 2 batteries love it. We use it to get the mud off our dirt bikes and quads. I knock the thick mud off with turbo and the use 15° nozzle. I like the 15° the best though for everything, good video.

Turbo refers to the turbine/'rotating type exit on the nozzle - not power. The turbo nozzle is best when you needs a scrubbing type action .

You have to move fast on something like this because it sells out again fast. I checked the couple times a day and got lucky one day.

I was curious about this. This definitely showed me the power. I was wondering if you could: 1) Use a five gallon bucket of water to show the rate the power washer uses water for a practical project (cleaing a side of a car, or something we can relate to) 2) What happens if use the washer without the attachment, straight from the gun. 3) Can you variate the water pressure at all, or is it all or nothing. Thanks.

5 gallon bucket is about 85% as strong as direct hose hook up, but it is a great feature for what we use it for, you have to have the nozzle on the gun to work, it is pretty much all or nothing, otherwise you'd be making the impeller motor turn on and off.
