I actually really liked that 3D World Ghost House level, some of the puzzles were really creative and stumped me in a good way. The only thing that was weird was the kaizo block, but once you realize that the underside of the ice mirrors the top, it’s actually genius.

My favourite Ryu moment is that one level with all the hidden keys. There's this one pipe near spikes and he predicts the pipe is a softlock and a key is hidden right before it. He immediately finds the key and has this extreme pride wash over him, and then immediately softlocks himself in a trap and the pride shifts as quickly as it came. Such is the bittersweet rollercoaster that is mm! I only wish I could find the video in the ocean of content.

Late comment, been subscribed for a long time. Good to see you play one of my older levels (Sanity's Dwelling). By the way that wasn't a softlock, the kaiso block was shown in the reflection room below, and contained the spike ball needed to access the next room. I originally had an extra puzzle set up that routed through previous rooms, but cut them out to make the level shorter & cleaner, and accidentally left in a few small remnants like that extra key & key block. We'll just call that one an "intentional misdirect".
