The tie rods hit the diff big time on a sportsman with a 2"lift... I'm going crazy.. The diff I trimmed the tiny piece off rather than the frame..

You need to run heim joints on the inners and you need to loosen up the pitman arm and slide it up the steering stem as far as you can. And that tiny piece you trimmed off added strength to the diff.

I have a sportsman 850 with a 2” lift. Stock front differential with HD pinion cover. The tie rods hit the pinion cover at full cut. I want to try the hiems to see if it helps but you mentioned moving up the pitman arm. Is this possible with the stock diff?

No I don't think so because of how the steering stem is mounted to the stock diff.

Yep, still working just fine. My last deployment was Atsugi, got back 1.5 months before terminal. Geo is tough man, keep your eyes on the prize, it's only temporary, lol.

Did you have to force your tie rods in the knuckles ?it seems that on full drop the heim doesnt roll enough downward. I had to undo the shock put the tie rod on then push down on the control arm to get the shock bolt back in.

There's a bracket that the cup attaches to, at the bottom of the stem is a bearing and it sits in the cup
