My observation is that this hose moves the sensor up closer to the top. The stock placement is much lower on the pipe closer to the intercooler. With a different location is there concern that the sensor reading will be less/more accurate?

Even after cleaning and oiling the top connector was a bitch to seat. Everything else was as shown in vid. I had to work it as close as possible to coupled and then cautiously use a rubber mallet to drive it the last inch. You definitely need to have it twisted in an upward position to do this. I watch her just push to click and she is either of superman strength or there is just a slight machining error in my SB part or the Ford snout....probably Ford.

I fought with it for like 30 mins and then got some WD-40 and still had to fight with it to get it on but it went on finally. SUGGEST using dish liquid rather than oil based lubricant because the bottom end slipped off after test drive. The soap & water will dry up after a little bit of it running.
