What's the change between PCM and IPC? I've got a 2021 with the 227L tank, range is never right, even tho it's set right in forscan, but the fuel level source is still PCM.

I have a 2022 Ford F350 and I had it installed back in December. When I called in to get the EZ Link I was told you didn't have it for the 2022 so I had dealership do it but it hasn't read right. 675 is the most DTE I've seen on full tank. Should be more? Would I get a laptop or EZ Link now if I want to check what they programmed ? Thanks!
