WOW .. I had no idea there were so many different sizes of S-Lon Cord. Now I gotta ck to see what mine is. I know the 1 size I have is the "D" w/ Several Colors in a Tube, they remind me of Bobbins from my sewing lol. It's the other s-lon cord I have to ck it's 1 of the last 2 Sizes you worked w/. I did not realize how many different sizes of the salon cord there was! Great information! I usually use Griffin cord for pearl knotting, macrome and kumohimo. I am glad you did this video since now if I want, there is an alternative I can use for my projects with various colors! I've been using one-time thread since it has a ton of colors. Great to know that either one will work! Great job explaining the differences and testing them out! Love these informational videos! Thank you Kelly!😁

This was a great video for me as I have been wondering, for quite a while, about which size I should use. I have used S-Lon before and had a hard time because it splits. I have used wax also. Just need to keep trying. Thanks a lot.

Really helpful! Here’s another question I have; how do s-lon, c-lon, and nymo threads compare? I have used nymo and one-g. You’ve explained s-lon but c-lon is still a mystery. Will you explain and compare?🌸

S-Lon and C-Lon are exactly the same, just different distributors
