A healthy traditional sweet recipe by using rice. The halbayi Or manni can be prepared with different grains which is a very nutrient food. Usually all of us may have eaten it during our childhood. But all people from child to old age love this dish. The main ingredients used are rice, coconut and jaggery. additionally we used ghee and cardamom powder also.
